NH Properties was founded by Nicholas Hart in 2013. He has specialised in letting and managing residential property in Golders Green and the surrounding areas for 27 years (since 1991). 

He decided to launch his own agency to provide Landlords with the highest possible quality service at an affordable price.

Nicholas personally engages with all clients' properties, providing a direct and professional service for Landlords.

Nicole has been in the lettings industry for 19 years having begun in Edgware, before migrating to Hampstead Garden Suburb, West Hampstead, St John’s Wood and the surrounding areas.

Nicole specialises in relocating international corporate executives and enjoys showing properties to clients from all over the world.

She has extensive experience locating the perfect home for professionals in addition to advising Landlords how to make their properties suitable for long-term corporate tenants.
